BASIC SERVICES

 

- Verify that all access points are secured

 

- Check for evidence of water leaks or damage and check for visual signs of mold and mildew.

 

- Visual inspection for signs of insects and or rodents.

 

- Check HVAC system

 

- Run faucets; sink disposals, showers, and flush toilets. Run dishwasher monthly 

  to prevent damage to gaskets and water lines.

 

- Main water line will be turned off unless otherwise requested

 

- Check all electrical systems

 

- Visual inspection throughout property including lanai and garage.

 

- Walk exterior perimeter of single-family homes to check pool condition, screening, signs of vandalism, etc.

 

- Will reach out immediately if any abnormalities found.
